Feniton bowlers enjoyed a return to form with an 84-56 over Madeira in the County Trophy competition. The winning rinks were P Eells, H Tucker, P Bright and B Cann (25-10), D Down, D Coyne, M Sheen and A Kury (24-12) and J Skinner, C Jacob, A Murdoch and R Clarke 20-15.

This was followed by an excellent win in the Top Club competition, defeating Phear Park. The winning rinks were Four Wood Singles J Skinner (20-8), Pairs P Eells and B Cann (29-9), Triples A Murdoch, P Bright and A Kury (26-6) and in the Fours D Sanders, G Phillips, R Clarke and R Smith (19-12).

Feniton Ladies had a most successful afternoon in the Ladies Triples league against Heavitree, winning by 48-22. The winning rinks were J Hoffman, J Smith and D Bowden (25-12) and G Blackmore, A Coyne and D Phillips (23-10).

The mixed team had a narrow victory against Seaton in the East of Exe league, winning by 60-56. The winning rinks were G Blackmore, J Hoffman, John Holmes and R Smith (18-9) and P Eells, V Murdoch, A Murdoch and P Bright (14-12), with one rink tied.
