PECORAMA, an attraction located in Beer, Devon, has added two extra evenings to its Halloween festivities for 2024, due to the popularity of last year’s sold-out event.

The organisers decided to extend the event to include October 30 and Halloween night itself, to offer even more families the chance to experience “a night of thrills and chills”.

The attraction will be rolling out its Ghost Train, where “the later your ride, the spookier the experience”, and guests can also wander through the illuminated gardens, filled with Halloween decorations that promise to “delight and fright all visitors”.

To ensure a spooky yet seamless experience, visitors are encouraged to book their preferred Ghost Train ride slot in advance, as spaces are limited, and the demand is high.

Tickets cost £8 per person and are available at www.pecorama.co.uk

The event will also include a complimentary reading of The Signalman by Charles Dickens, delivered by renowned storyteller Lee Rawlings in the Pecorama Gallery Room. This 30-minute reading will take place at 5.00pm and again at 7.00pm on both evenings.

For those dressed to impress, Pecorama will also be holding a fancy-dress competition at the Top Spot Stage at 6.00pm on both evenings.

Contestants of all ages are encouraged to show off their most imaginative costumes for a chance to win prizes.

Throughout the Halloween week, Pecorama will also feature a Trail & Treat Halloween special trail, with treats available for all taking part, as well as games and activities taking place up in the marquee.

Hot food and drinks will be available for families and children, including freshly baked Halloween pizzas.

Doors will open at 4.00pm, with the last train departing at 7.30pm, and festivities continuing until 8.00pm.
