A Seaton man has been banned from holding a drivers’ license for six months, a magistrates court has ruled.
James Casey, of Celandine Close, pleaded guilty to the offence of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license.
Exeter Magistrates Court heard on Monday, October 7, that Casey drove a Volkwagen on Topsham Road in Exeter on January 28, this year.
The 33-year-old was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months due to repeat offending and his driving record was endorsed with three points.
He was also fined £40 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £16 and court costs of £90.
