A talk by a renowned aerial photographer will be held in Axminster.
On Tuesday, October 8, the Guildhall will host an evening with David R Abram, who has spent five years capturing Britain's prehistoric sites from above using drones and telescopic poles.
His talk will feature highlights from his book, Aerial Atlas of Ancient Britain, which includes 227 photographs showcasing British prehistory from the end of the Ice Age to the arrival of the Romans.
These images, taken in rare sunrise light, reveal forms invisible at ground level and connections between the monuments and their landscapes.
The talk offers a chance to see his acclaimed work projected at scale, promising to inspire visits to both familiar and unknown prehistoric sites.
The event starts at 7pm and tickets can be bought from the Axminster Heritage Centre or online at axminsterheritage.org.
