Hundreds of people attended the Cotleigh Flower Festival, which transformed a church into a "mini-Chelsea Flower Show".
The event, which took place on September 14 and 15, was named The Colours of Cotleigh.
Under the guidance of Cotleigh florist Sarah Broom and her team, the church was decorated with displays including a hidden secret garden and poppies in the tower.
Visitors were treated to a banquet of lunches, cakes, and ice creams in the village hall, and workshops were available for those wanting to learn new skills.
A children's tent, where foil fish were a firm favourite, kept younger visitors entertained.
The festival was not only a celebration of creativity and community spirit but also a fundraiser for the church and Devon Air Ambulance.
The event was described as an "extravaganza", with visitors expressing their amazement and admiration.
