Volunteer fundraisers with Children’s Hospice SW were delighted to be invited to OJGym in Honiton recently.
OJ Gyms wanted to present them with a cheque for £120. Manager, Tom Harrison, explained that the funds were raised during the UEFA Euros football tournament during the summer. Staff and members of the gym donated £5 to receive a nominated team, with prizes for the top three placed teams being kindly donated by the gym, enabling all the funds raised to be donated to the Hospice.
The money will support the vital work of Little Bridge House, providing respite care and support to the families of local children with life-limiting conditions.
OJ Gyms have gyms in Honiton, Axminster, Cranbrook and Sidmouth. The OJ Gyms adventure started in 2016, when Ollie and George set the foundation for their first community-focused gym in Cranbrook their vision was to share their expertise and 'create a welcoming space for everyone.'
