Owners of the Flipside Burger Restaurant at 40 Harbour Road, Seaton have announced the eatery is closing and the building is up for sale.
Flipside has been running in the town for the last four years as a family-run business. Owners would like to thank all their costumers and staff for their help. The store closes on Saturday September 14.
In a post on Facebook, a spokesman said: "It’s been our life, it’s been our most enjoyable challenge and our greatest achievement to date. But time has come for our family to move onto new opportunities and chase down some of the other dreams that we all have. These new opportunities will take us away from being able to successfully continue to nurture Flipside as is deserved.
"We genuinely have been so blown away by the support we have all been given during our time at Flipside. All of our amazing customers genuinely make running our business an absolute pleasure. We can never THANK YOU all enough and it’s all of you that we will miss the most.
