Honiton Carers celebrated their 10th anniversary at their Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The big turnout on July 31 saw all original committee members securing their positions again with the chair being particularly well received.
During the AGM, Winnie Cameron, chair, revisited the accounts report while her colleague, member secretary Angela McFadyen took notes.
Mark Rich, the treasurer, took the members through the accounts.
The chair also read the committee's proposals for 2024/25, which were unanimously approved by the members who added suggestions and ideas which were all accepted and added to the proposed programme.
The conclusion of the AGM was followed by a celebratory spread of refreshments, including an anniversary cake by Julie Courtney-Rowland and a well-stocked raffle.
The group’s next meeting is scheduled at The Kitchen at Combe Garden Centre from 3pm to 4:30pm.
