A fun-filled afternoon awaits everyone at the Southleigh Village Fayre featuring an array of engaging attractions.
Majestic shire/heavy horses, Cynewulf Morris dancers, welly wanging, ice cream, bouncy castles, children's games, farm animals and a parade of vintage tractors will be part of the event.
The always-popular sheep racing is also set to make a triumphant return.
Adults can relax with a local brew or cider and delectable tea and cake and a BBQ will serve to satiate your hunger.
There will also be plenty of market stalls, where people can purchase excellent crafts, plants and other products.
A silent auction also promises attendees some great lots to be won.
Tim from Wiscombe Cider will be showcasing the art of cider-making using a donkey-driven cider press.
Dog owners can make full use of the family dog show, intended solely for fun.
The event, which runs from Wednesday, August 14, 2-5pm, will be overseen by TV celebrity Graham Barton, best known for the BBC's Homes Under the Hammer.
All the profits will be donated to charities and causes in the area.
Stallholders interested in joining this event should contact Sheron via sheronstamp@outlook.com.
Cash is the preferred mode of payment, due to limited card machine availability.
Join them for an afternoon of fun and charity!
