Where is the cheapest place to park in East Devon this May bank holiday weekend?
East Devon towns and villages, including Exmouth, Budleigh, Honiton, Axminster, Seaton, Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary have many car parks, and we have selected the cheapest ones on offer based on information from parkopedia.com.
The numbers on the list are correct from Thursday, May 23.
This list is compiled for four hours of parking in the town centres featured. East Devon District Council rules apply to car parking, and parking is 6pm every day.
Exmouth
The cheapest parking in Exmouth is at the town hall, £3 for four hours. The second is in Union Street, £4 for four hours. Third is The London Hotel is £4.50.
Budleigh Salterton
Brook Road is free for two hours of parking, Lower Station Road is £2 for two hours of parking, Rolle Mews is £6 for four hours and Lower Kiln car park is £4 for four hours.
Honiton
King Street car park is the cheapest place to park in Honiton, £4.50 for four hours. The second is £1 for an hour of parking, Lace Walk is £1.50 for each hour of parking.
Axminster
Lyme Street is £2.20 for two hours of parking, South Street has a minimum of an hour of parking, which is £1 and in third is £2 for parking in Popular Mount.
Seaton
The cheapest place to park for an hour in Seaton is at The Grove at £75p. At Seaton Town Hall, parking is £1 for an hour. The third cheapest is at Orchard, £1.50 for an hour.
