A man has been charged with several offences after a stabbing took place in Powell Close, Seaton on Monday (March 6).
Steve McMahon, 40, of no fixed abode, Seaton, has been charged with attempted robbery, wounding with intent and threatening a person with a bladed article.
They relate to an alleged incident in Powell Close.

He has been remanded in custody to appear before Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday March 6.
Police were called at 9.25am to a property in Powell Close, Seaton on Monday (March 6) after receiving a report that a man had been seriously assaulted.
Inspector Oliver Heaton said: “While this type of incident is unusual for Seaton, we would very much like to reassure the public that this was an isolated assault and there is no additional risk to the public."
