Duncan-Sheridan-Shaw is taking part in a six-hour endurance challenge at B! Fitness to raise money for charity Just Like Us.
Duncan's challenge takes place at 8am on Friday, February 23 with a warm-up session before locking himself into the pedals for six hours of high-octane music, high-energy spinning and experienced trainers offering support and enthusiastic encouragement.
While supporting him you can take part in your own challenge by joining in with a forty-five min spin class at B! Fitness. He has a target of raising £1000 for Just Like Us, which supports children with LGBT.
Mr Shaw is the community champion and fresh food manager at Tesco stores in Honiton and have recently been appointed to the post of regional representative for the Tesco LGBTQ+ Network and Usdaw trade union Diversity & Inclusion rep for the local area and South West.
Duncan said: "I have been a keen and productive supporter for so many groups, charities and associations in our area for over 15 years.
"Recently I have taken on a multi-faceted challenge to potentially support and change the lives of thousands of young people through the amazing work of the charity Just Like Us. A national charity that works with young people, schools and colleges to support the lives of young LGBTQ+ people and help them feel positive, safe and included in today's society.
"I have linked up with my team at Tesco for support, fundraising and promotional aid and the amazing people at B! Health & Fitness have been brilliant in offering their state-of-the-art spin studio for 6 hours with train personal trainers."
You can support Duncan by contacting him at Tesco or book into classes directly with B! Health & Fitness in Honiton.
