Guests will be treated with a large menu of cocktails and a host of workshops and tastings. Here, they can master the art of crafting the Espresso Martini or try a Black Cow Pure Milk vodka and Cheddar cheese pairing.
The Black Cow Saloon will also include a shop selling Black Cow products and other local producers.
Black Cow is a Dorset-based vodka brand, renowned for its Pure Milk vodka. The company is committed to sustainable practices, transforming what’s left over from grass-grazed cow’s milk after making cheese into vodka. A spokesman said: "Visitors will have the chance to purchase the brand's world renowned vodka, award-winning cheddar cheese, elegant glassware, and exclusive Black Cow gifts to take a piece of the experience home. The bar and shop will be open throughout the festive season, closing only for Christmas Day and will be open for New Year’s Eve celebrations, perfect for cocktails and canapés in the heart of Lyme Regis.

"Open Thursday through to Sunday the Black Cow Saloon will serve as a haven for coffee lovers, cocktail enthusiasts, locals, and visitors alike, offering a wonderful brand experience in the historic surrounds of Lyme Regis’ iconic Regent’s Cinema."
