A weather warning will be in place across Devon and the South West tomorrow (Thursday, November 16).
The Met Office issued a yellow rain warning saying “heavy rain may cause some flooding and disruption to travel” from midnight to 6pm.

Here is what to expect according to the latest weather forecast:
- Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer
- Bus and train services are probably affected with journey times taking longer
- Flooding of a few homes and businesses is possible
- Some interruption to power supplies and other services possible
