The community has rallied together to help The Hideaway in Seaton back on its feet following Storm Ciaran.
A JustGiving page has been launched with a target of £1,000.
Organiser Chris Slay said: "The Hideaway as a business is a key part of Seaton. I feel as a community we should all try and donate some money to help towards the business.
"Whether that is towards repairs or simply some money to help the owners out. They can put it towards food, rent anything that will help."
It was launched this morning (November 6) and has already raised £1,085 with 82 supporters.
Residents also came together once the storm had passed on Friday (November 3), with buckets and shovels to help owners clear the pebbles and debris from The Hideaway.
Owner Carly Dean Tribble told the Herald: "The Hideaway took an almighty battering due to Storm Ciaran, but the outpouring of community spirit, love, well wishes and offers of support have really kept our spirits up. We will be back up and running as soon as possible.
"On Friday, we began the clean up operation, and residents of Seaton came to us with shovels to help us clear the pebbles and water from the building. We have cleared three tonnes of pebbles from the building, and the largest we have decided to keep as a memento of the occasion.
"We really are overwhelmed with the response from the community we have had, we are used to helping the community and we never thought we would need help ourselves. The amount of people who were willing to help us on Friday was just amazing. I would like to thank everyone.
"We obviously have provisions for storms, a stoor door and flood gates etc, and we have seen some bad weather but nothing like we saw last week, the size of the waves were so strong it broke the door and a tsunami of water came in."
