PRATT Tracey Jane Passed away peacefully at Linksway Nursing Home on September 27th aged 60. Loving mum of Jake, long standing partner of Andy, sister of Lynn, Nick, Keith and lastly late Teresa. The celebrations of Tracey's life will be in Aylesbeare Village Hall on 26th October from 4pm until 8pm. All welcome.Tributes
