PAYNE Jim Peacefully at Sidmouth Care Home on the 24th August, 2024 aged 91 years, formerly of West Hill. Beloved husband of Pat, much loved dad to Simon and Jo, loving grandfather, brother and friend, he will be missed greatly by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held in the East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Thursday, 19th September, 2024 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, to the RNLI by retiring collection, or c/o Luxton Funeral Service, Ottery St Mary EX11 1BE.
