HOOPER Kenneth Frank HOOPER Kenneth Frank passed away peacefully at Hillside House Residential Care Home, Newton Poppleford on Tuesday 3rd September 2024, aged 93. Beloved husband of Jean and much-loved father to Roger and Richard, grandfather and great grandfather to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ken will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Ken's Funeral will be held at The East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Thursday 19th September at 1045 am. All are welcome to attend.
