BELL David Anthony Rowland Passed away on Wednesday 24th July 2024 aged 87 at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Beloved husband of Wendy and dearest Dad of Sarah. Family flowers only but donations may be made to Help the Heroes. Funeral service will take place at East Devon Crematorium on Monday 12th August 2024.
