KELF David Leslie David passed away peacefully at the James Paget University Hospital on Sunday, June 16th, 2024, aged 77. Beloved partner of Pauline, a loving father to Tim and Robert and friend to a great many people, he will be very much missed. David was an avid runner and started the, now internationally famous, Grizzly running race back in 1988, and grew it into the event we see today. He loved the weather and the sea which he followed through his career in the met office and then hydrographic office. A service to celebrate his life will be held at the Quakers Meeting House, Howard Street South, Great Yarmouth on Monday, July 22nd, 2024, at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Gorleston Old Cemetery.
