CARTER Joyce Doreen (née Cooper) aged 94 years, died on the 24th July 2023 after a short illness. Beloved wife of the late Cyril (Nick), mother of Stuart and Paul, and sister of the late Malcolm. Her love and lively spirit will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her wider family and friends. The funeral service to take place on her birthday, 21st August, at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple at 12:15. No flowers, please.
