SKINNER Wlliam "David" Passed away peacefully on 6th March 2023 at the RD&E Hospital, aged 81 years. He will be greatly missed by all Family & Friends. Funeral Service at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium, Exeter, on Tuesday 4th April at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Diabetes UK may be given at the Service, or c/o Le Roy Funeral Services, 10 Alphington Road, Exeter, EX2 8HH.
