CARTER Elsie Passed away peacefully on the 1st March 2023, aged 99 years. A dearly loved wife of the late Ron Carter and a much-loved mum, nan, great nan and great, great nan. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral service will take place at St Peters Church, Dalwood on Monday 27th March 2023 at 2pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired for Dementia UK c/o J F Clarke & Son, Lyme Road, Axminster EX13 5BE. Tel 01297 32686. There is no dress code.
