DE LACY LEACEY David aged 87 years, passed away on 16th January 2023. Beloved husband of the late Velda and loving father to Susan, he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Monday 13th February 2023 at 2.30pm at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple. Family flowers only.
