BURGESS Elsie Elsie passed away peacefully on Dec 24th at Culm Valley Care Centre, aged 98. Beloved widow of Fred, mother of John & Alan, Nanna & Great-Nanna. Funeral service at East Devon Crematorium on 20th January at 3.15pm. Family flowers only.
