TILE PETER OWEN of West Hill Ottery St Mary, passed away peacefully in the R D & E Hospital on the 15th September 2019 aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary. Funeral service in West Hill Parish Church on Wednesday 9th October at 3.00pm.
