MERCER JOHN SHEPHERD. Formerly of Seaton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday 16th October 2019 aged 90 years. Loving husband to the Late Elisa, who will be sadly missed by Lynda, Heath, friends and neighbours. Funeral service will take place at East Devon Crematorium on Thursday 31st October at 10am.
