GRAHAM WILLIAM (Billy) passed away peacefully at The Seaton Care Home, Devon on the 15th November 2019, aged 82 years. Originally from Dundee. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at The East Devon Crematorium (Whimple) on Thursday 28th November at 2.30pm.
