PHIPPS EILEEN aged 96 years passed away on 16th March 2020. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was much loved by all of her family and friends and will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank Hutch, Sue and all staff at the Manor House Seaton, Dr Dove, Hansfords and Trudi Farmer for all their care and kindness.
