WELCH PAT. Passed away peacefully, with her Son & Daughter-in-law at their home on 17th April 2020, aged 84 years. Loving Wife of the late John, special Mother of Brian & Mandy. Will Be truly missed by her extended family Lia, Laura & Steve, and most especially by her Great-Granddaughter Neve. Private funeral to take place on Tuesday 28th April 2020. Donation if desired to Honiton Library may be given direct to charity.
