MOORE PATRICIA “Nanny Pat” aged 87 years passed away peacefully at home on 16th May 2020 surrounded by her family. Loving Mum, Nanny and Great-nanny. She will be greatly missed by all her family. Private cremation to take place. A Thanksgiving Service will be arranged at a later date. Hansfords Funeral Service.
