HULL DOUGLAS REUBEN HENRY peacefully, in his 83rd year, at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, loved and loving husband of the late (Dorothy) Joy, nee Gunn, President of the Tiverton and Honiton Liberal Democrat Association, Father, and thrice Mayor, of Axminster Town Council, former Hawkchurch Parish, East Devon District and Devon County Councillor, long-standing champion of the town and its surrounding community. He will be missed by all who knew him. Private cremation on 12th June 2020. Details of a memorial service will be announced later.
