GEORGE (JOCK) STUART MABON
GEORGE (JOCK) STUART MABON passed away peacefully at home in Seaton on 11th January after a short illness. Dear Husband of late Hilary, much loved father, grandfather and brother. George will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A private funeral will be held at East Devon Crematorium. George was president of Axminster and Devon county indoor bowls teams, charter member of Seaton lions club, past member of Seaton drama and operatic societies, previous member of Colyford church choir, volunteer for the Red Cross, past mayor of Colyford and former soldier of the British army. He also ran the village shop in Colyford with Hilary and before retiring worked for EDDC. Donations for Seaton Hospiscare @ home to Overmass and Chapple, Queen St, Seaton, EX122RB.
