BROWN (nee Carter) STELLA NANCY peacefully on Monday 22nd February 2021 at home in Axminster, formerly of Kilmington. A much loved wife of Allen. A caring mum to Mandy and Daniel and dearly loved granny. A private family funeral service to be held at East Devon Crematorium.
