RICHARDS CYRIL PERCY. Passed away on Wednesday 20th October 2021, aged 88 years. He went peacefully, surrounded by his close family. Beloved husband of the late Eileen and much loved father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to be held at East Devon Crematorium (Whimple) on Tuesday 9th November 2021 at 12.15pm.
