DEAN PAUL PHILLIP passed away at The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on the 15th November 2021, aged 61 years. Beloved husband of Debbie and much-loved Dad of Mark & Emma. Funeral Service to be held at The East Devon Crematorium (Whimple) on Monday 6th December at 12.15pm followed by the wake at The Kingfisher Colyton from 2.00pm. People are welcome to wear royal blue as this was Paul's favourite colour.
