VICARY EVELYN “Joan”. Peacefully on 24th March 2022 at home, Joan aged 96 years. Much loved wife of the late John, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A former Honiton Division Commissioner for the Girl Guides. Joan will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service has taken place.
