Group Lyme Morris from Lyme Regis is holding an Annual Day of Dance on July 13. 

This event promises to be the largest yet with over 30 Morris sides from all over the country taking part with lots of music and dance all through the day.

For more than 14 years, Lyme Morris has entertained locals and visitors to Lyme Regis with their trademark fun and energetic style of traditional morris dancing.

The side performs in distinctive white and green livery and iconic top hats and can be seen at many events in Lyme Regis including the Christmas lights switch on, carnival procession and during Lifeboat Week, as well as performances throughout the year on the seafront. 

During the summer the side organises Lyme Day of Morris in which visiting Morris sides from all across the country and invited to attend and take part.

The group is always looking to attract new dancers and musicians, so get in touch if you're interested in getting involved.
